Thanks so much for your stretching video. I too have the same hip imbalance and
in just a few minutes doing the exercises with you on the video I felt and noticed
a bit more mobility in the muscle that control that left hip area…good to do several
times a day since I am up and down from my desk, and my gym is closed. Also,
taking short rides around the neighborhood on the bike as Spring is in the air!
