How do I treat Low Back Pain?

In order for us to do that we are going to have to show people how to treat low back pain naturally. Most people are surprised when they learn about all the different ways to treat low back pain that don’t involve taking NSAIDS pain killers or going under the knife.

In order to treat lower back pain, you must first understand what causes the pain in the first place. Tight muscles, sedentary lifestyles, poor posture and inflammation are a few of the main causes of low back pain. For most people, it is a combination of all these things that is responsible for the pain they are feeling. There are some exceptions like genetic disorders and trauma.

One of the most effective ways to treat low back pain is called Muscle Balance Therapy. Muscle Balance Therapy involves indentifying tight muscles in the body that are pulling the rest of the body out of natural alignment. Chronic back pain, piriformis syndrome, herniated disc pain, sciatica and numerous other conditions can be eliminated by using Muscle Balance Therapy.

By strengthening the core and other weak muscles, while also stretching muscles that are too tight, you are providing the body with the balance it needs.
