    I’ve been looking for solutions to my back, hip pain and this is the best site so far but, I just believe that the main cause which was an accident in 1981 that crushed my pelvic and left my left side about an inch shorter than the right. I just had both knees replaced last year and soon after the second knee was done my hips, thighs and back started being extremely painful. It feels like I have Sciatca. Whatever I do it just keeps getting more painful, I feel like I just have to live with this because I can’t change my leg lengths..
