Dog lovers fondly recall when their dog was just a bounding puppy… an unruly yet loveable little ball of fur. At that point her biggest needs were paper training, obedience training and lots of love and patience.
As she grows older, she still needs lots of love and patience. And just like the rest of us, she needs extra nutritional support and even help with arthritis pain as her joints become inflamed and worn in her golden years.
Of course, dogs can’t come right out and say “I’m hurting right here.” But we know by watching their gradual transition from leaping across the yard chasing a ball to taking a while to stand up and moving more slowly that their hips, knees, and other joints ache increasingly over the years.
Fortunately, dogs can benefit from the very same proteolytic enzyme pain relief supplements humans take! They just need a dose scaled to their size…
Rather than a dangerous anti-inflammatory drug, proteolytic enzymes are all-natural and derived from herbs and edible fungi. They work by neutralizing the inflammation causing bio-chemicals in the body. In turn, inflammation and pain decreases.
Systemic proteolytic enzymes also work wonders on increasing circulation and soft tissue repair by breaking down and removing excess fibrin. They even break down old scar tissue which helps your pet not only return to normal movement but decrease risks related to fibrosis buildup in the heart and kidneys.
Heal N Soothe is the 100% safe and effective all-natural source of proteolytic enzymes that we highly recommend for your dog…
IMPORTANT: This is only advised for dogs over 30lbs. If your dog is over 30lbs and in pain, give him or her one capsule of Heal N Soothe once per day on an empty stomach.
Giving our pets the love and nutritional support they need allow them to live a longer, healthier, more active lives. That in itself carries its own reward.
Here’s a video of The Healthy Back Institute’s Steve Hefferon with his 12 year old golden retriever, Zoey. Steve has used proteolytic systemic enzymes for years to help his dogs manage pain and inflammation…

Steve,
I like the idea of the “Heal and Soothe”, but my dog (who is 11 yrs) is severely allergic to glucosamine and chondroitan. I previously used a very high end natural product with those ingredients and he became instantly so crippled that he could not lift his behind off the floor. When I stopped it he went back to normal. Since then though he injured the knee on his left back leg and it is now 3 times larger than the right one, which is of normal size. Could you suggest another natural substance that would heal and repair the knee joint? Thank you so much, as it is very hard to see him suffer.

Our shepherd who is 7 years old has arthritis in her hips and we use the Glucosamine, etc., etc., and it has worked wonders. She cannot wait to get her two pills each day. She is right back to normal in her old puppy style.
Do you have any books, videos or websites I can go to, to get info on healing pain in animals as I am an energy healer and would love to increase my knowledge in this area.
Hi,
Thank you for your query. To answer, no it is not like the P90X.
The lose the back pain system is not a workout video and it is not for general fitness; it is specifically for people looking to get relief from back pain. Hope this helps.
You mentioned it was for 30 lb dogs & over. My two Haveneese are only 15 lb. What do you suggest for dogs under 30 lb.?
Willow
In this case the Dogs does not need the whole capsule content and would suggest that you open the capsule and only give .5 or .33 of the capsule content, I will tell you that it will be best if you put the enzymes in apple sauce and give to them that way…
Steve
Applesauce sounds like a great way to give my dog the enzymes. I’ll try it. Thank you.
Hi,
What dose would you recommend for a 110 pound dog? I just learned about this product and want to use it instead of the aspirin I’ve been giving him.
Thank you
Anne
Anne, one capsule for a 110lb dog.
if you notice a loosening of the stool cut back on giving them the capsule till the body processed the waist and then resume, repeat if loosening happens again… Its part of the enzymes detox process, quite normal.
Steve
Hi there. My border collie is 13 and a half. She is on galliprant, paracetamol,, tramadol and amantadine daily. I would like to try heal and soothe but am unsure how long to stop the meds before doing so? She is also on Yumove Plus for senior dogs. Can you help please? Thanks.
Hi Linda,
Thank you for asking. Only your Vet can tell you how to make any changes to your Dog medications further, best to ask your vet if your dog can take the supplement and if they do give you the ok, not more then one capsule daily.
Thank you, Our Best Wishes
