Nearly two decades ago I started sharing the most common root cause of back pain and created the first product designed specifically to eliminate it.
However, many still don’t realize it’s also a shockingly common cause of joint pain. Yet it was persistent knee pain that first led to my discovery of this pain inducer: muscle imbalances.
That original product, the Lose the Back Pain® System, helped tens of thousands get out of pain for good. But I’m always looking for even more effective natural approaches to living healthy and pain free.
These days I personally use an aided therapy called Muscle Restoration to stay pain free. And today I’m sharing the complete video interview and live demo I shot last month for members of my Live Pain Free® community with you.
In the video below, you’ll see my interview with my personal therapist and creator of the Muscle Restoration System©, Brandon O’Connor of Austin Muscle Restoration.
After watching the interview portion you’ll know how muscle imbalances impact weight redistribution in your body, affect joint range of motion, and create chronic pain.
Then keep watching to see a live demo of what a therapy session looks like. It’s exactly what I’m doing right now to stay pain free and yes, it’s effective!
Watch the video now. Then be sure to accept my invitation below to become a member of my Live Pain Free community.
Every month, members get an audio or video and a full-color PDF newsletter teaching the most up-to-date ways to naturally stay healthy and pain free. All for much less than a daily cup of gas station coffee.

Hey Jesse, thanks for posting the video.
“If you don’t address the underlying causes, you are more likely to develop arthritis due to the uneven wear and tear!” PREACH! Brandon couldn’t have said that better.
I’ve noticed a huge influx in imbalance related patient issues since the pandemic. I believe the shift to working from home, played a huge role in this.
Best,
Lalitha,
Physiotherapist
Lalitha, It is a huge issue, and good for you for addressing the root of the issue as most don’t.
For the rest of you, please ask deep questions of your health care provider ensuring they get to the underlying issue, not just the symptoms.
Thanks

Hi Steve
Is Muscle Restoration similar to The Alexander Technique ?
Liam, Anyone can come up with a program of concept for the benefit of the muscles and each will have its own, pro-con, I can not tell you the difference between one or the other or if one would be better for you or anyone or not. What I do know is that the first step is being aware of your own body and knowing how you are out of balance is key. Once you know how you are out of balance, only then can you correct your personal imbalances, be it (physical, diet or emotional).
Am feeling better after i started using your heal and soothe products thanks

My adult son has ALS. He has already had 2 back surgeries and needed surgery on the neck vertebra but no one will do it due to his loss of muscle. He is in constant pain. Has to take oxycodone and gummies just to dull the pain some. What will help him here.
Sharon, there is no way for us to know if any treatment will help any one person, but we would never not suggest one try any and all treatment options, as you never know, what they can do or change that needs to be adjusted or changed. Thanks
I watched the video with Jesse Cannone and Brandon on muscle restoration. I was very much interested as I have that issue so can you tell me what kind of doctor does the muscle restoration. Thank you
Tina, best to search by (muscle restoration AND YOUR CITY) not by a specific type of doctor.
Thanks
