hi Steve, I have the EFT DVD’s and have used it successfully on many people for fears and phobias, however I had not even considered using it for my back pain. Thanks I will use it for that now.
I have been using EFT for over 7 years now. I personally have experienced many “one minute miracles”. For example, I was out walking my dog and twisted my ankle so badly I could not walk. It was very early in the morning and no one was around to help me. I tapped about the pain and was able to hobble. I tapped again and was able to walk with a limp. I tapped a third time and the pain was completely gone and did not come back. I have used EFT for my sciatica and it truly was the only thing that gave me any relief. I finally got to a core issue and the pain has been completely gone for about 4 months now. I am an EFT practitioner and teacher. Linda Goodman

If so, you are going to need to invest time, money and energy to do it… there’s no way around that.
Focus on what you’ve learned and take action.
