If you’ve been diagnosed with a bulging or herniated disc, or you think that might be what’s causing your pain, you may be wondering, what exercises are safe to perform if you have a herniated disc.
Jesse is the co-founder and visionary CEO of The Healthy Back Institute®, the world-leading source of natural back pain solutions. His mission as a former back pain sufferer is to help others live pain free without surgery and pharmaceuticals.
HI — I have some bad sciatic pain and I’m sure it’s due to a herniated disc, probably around S1. I haven’t been to a dr. and have figured this out for myself. I have never had insurance and have always been “my own doctor,” but must admit this has me very irritated as the pain is bad and almost constant. First time anything like this has ever happened! (despite many past sports injuries which always resolved on their own). Because of LACK OF MONEY at this time, I have not ordered your program. I may yet have to if all else fails, but I really don’t have the money. I’m only writing this because you sent me an email the other day saying you were “puzzled” re my lack of action. SO THAT’S WHY! Also I am SOOOOO worried that I’ll be kind of tricked (sorry, but it’s true) into committing myself financially for something I didn’t want or wasn’t aware of — as no matter how astute & conservative I’ve been (ie, rarely if ever order anything off the web), this kind of thing has happened to me more than once and boy was it irritating! I’ve read that this might be the case with your program as well…. Anyway, Jesse, just want to say I appreciate your, ah, enthusiastic pursuit of helping me, your voluminous materials, your professional and very well-done website and videos, etc. etc. I really do need some help (like, OUCH! it’s hurting right now as usual), but will just have to wait and see if I can get the ole’ funds together &/or can figure out what to do on my own. Thanks, Jesse…! Cindy Black of Seattle WA.
