Ginger is another useful herb that can fight back pain as its natural ingredients inhibits pain-causing hormones to be released in the body. One of the greatest benefits of using ginger as a natural remedy to fighting lower back pain is that you can take it on a long-term basis. Taking natural herbs for pain as opposed to man-made medication has been gaining popularity in the past ten years as the awareness of addiction to pain killers is more prevalent in today’s society.

Capsaicin cream is a natural remedy that is inexpensive and has been found to have an analgesic effect. Eat a chili pepper and as you feel the burning in your mouth, you will understand exactly what capsaicin does. Capsaicin is the active ingredient in chili peppers!
