      In the terms and conditions for the free trial of the Heal-n-Soothe, it explains that it will renew on a monthly basis until canceled. Feel free to send back the second bottle for a full refund! According to the money back guarantee, you have 90 days from the purchase date to return bottles for a refund. I have canceled your subscription today. You should have a confirmation email regarding the cancelation.

    Hello to the Healthy Back Institute,
    You had emailed me about a free bottle of the Super Joint Support. When I went online to your website, I learned I would need to give you my VISA card number to pay for my “free” bottle. After that, groups of bottles appeared informing me that I’d need to order another bottle of capsules to get my “free” bottle. I then deleted the email from you. Imagine my surprise when I received a package with nine bottles of your product, and so discover you’d charged my card for over $325. I packed up everything and returned the package to your Las Vegas address. Please credit my card for the full amount charged, items I never ordered.

      As soon as the return facility receives your return, they will issue credit. They will send you an email as soon as they are able to do this. You are encouraged to keep the tracking number to ensure proper delivery to the facility in Las Vegas.

    Hello,
    Im sending back a bottle of heal and sooth and any other bootle that comes for a full refund. I did not read;ize I was signing up for this reoccurring charge. I have had no success with your phone numbers or customer service. The product does not work for me. Please credit my account!

    I only use the Rub on relief.
