True Life Success Stories From
The Back Pain Sufferers Who Lived Them…
“My pain was intolerable, but the first time I tried inversion my pain almost completely disappeared!”
“In May, I herniated the L5-S1 disc. My doctor recommended drugs and pain management, but the meds made me sick and I had a several week wait to go to pain management. The pain was intolerable, and I was having a hard time being pleasant at work. Home was a whole other story! I was telling a neighbor about it, and she suggested I come to her house and try her inversion table. The first time I tried it, the pain down my leg almost completely disappeared.
“I borrowed her table and as long as I use it, I feel good. I have gotten better and better. I take Aleve when I do have pain, cancelled pain management and am my sweet old self at home and work. Since I couldn’t keep my neighbor’s table forever, I have purchased my own and have a couple of friends anxious to try it. I am sooooo happy. I am 60 years old and never expected to feel this well again.”

“Inversion therapy got rid of my sciatica pains!”
“I had terrible sciatica pains down my left leg. I bought your inversion table and after three ten-minute sessions on the table, my pain stopped. This was about five months ago. I have since recommended your table to many of my friends. I bought one, two months ago for a friend. I use it every time I experence any tension in my back.”

I always find that 10-15 minutes a day of inversion table therapy does my back the world of good. I can’t wait to get home from work to start dangling !
I have the inversion table and I also have a little hight blood pressure.. with medication 134/78. My Dr, sys not to use inversion table because of the pressure problem. My Chiropreactor just insisted I go ahead and use it for my siatic nerve problems. Chiro. explained I need not to hang upside down, inverted for long periods of time, and he saw no harm in it. What do I do? I love to use the inversion table. Do you think if I just invert to 60 degrees it would benefit me and cause me no harm with the blood pressure? Thanks
Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your post and query.
High Blood Pressure alone does not exclude anyone from using an inversion table, but you must first consult with your Physician before using an inversion table as only they know if you can tolerate the activity.
Thank you
