Instead the big goal is to eliminate it from all sources you possibly can, so you are only getting it from the natural whole foods like fruit.
Try to avoid table sugar, brown sugar, raw sugar, maple syrup, sorghum syrup, rice syrup, molasses, corn sweetener, liquid cane sugar, dextrose, fructose, glucose, and any other word that ends in an “ose”, barley malt, and concentrated fruit juice, for example. Watch labels carefully for these and other sugar sources.
Foods That Cause Aging #2: Hydrogenated Fats / Trans-Fats
Think of these as artificial fat, and think of them as extremely bad for you! In addition to promoting inflammation, trans-fats promote insulin resistance, high cholesterol, and obesity.
They are prevalent in deep-fried foods, commercial baked goods, and fast foods. Watch food labels carefully — and keep in mind in the U.S.A. that foods containing less than .5g of trans fat can be called trans fat free. Avoid margarine, vegetable shortening, and partially hydrogenated oil … watch labels for these, because even if it doesn’t list any trans fat, if it contains these, it likely has some!
Foods That Cause Aging #3: Processed Foods
Processed foods include refined grains, processed meat, and pasteurized dairy.
Refined grains basically have their nutritional value stripped right out of them to make it easier for the food factories to produce and store on grocery store shelves.
The effect of what is left after the nutrition is stripped out of them is very similar to the effect of sugar on your body. Furthermore, processed grain products typically have all sorts of added ingredients that make their health-obliterating effects even worse, such as excess salt, sugar, and artificial ingredients. White rice, white flour, white bread, noodles, pasta, biscuits, and baked goods are a few examples of processed grain foods.
Scientific research shows that processed meat, meanwhile, is a very strong contributor to aging and disease, especially cancer of the colon and rectum. Processed meats include those that have been smoked, salted, cured, or preserved with chemicals, such as lunchmeat with nitrates.
Finally, common milk and dairy products found on your grocer’s shelves are pasteurized, which means it is heated at a temperature just below boiling to kill off bacteria. Pasteurization became widespread early in the 20th century, when it was necessary due to the unsanitary conditions on many dairy farms back then.
Unfortunately, pasteurization also kills off the digestive enzymes in the dairy (which is why so many people today are lactose intolerant)! It also makes around 50% of the calcium in the dairy unusable by your body! What’s left is a lot of milk sugar (lactose) that converts into sugar your body uses very rapidly. Add that to the fact that dairy cows today are force-fed unnatural diets along with antibiotics and growth hormones, and you can see why common milk does NOT do a body good.
Foods That Cause Aging #4: Cooking Oils High in Omega-6
Most peoples’ diets are dangerously high in omega-6, and dangerously low in omega-3, contributing greatly to premature aging and disease. And polyunsaturated vegetable oils like sunflower, corn, safflower, cottonseed, and grape seed oils have very high omega-6 and very low omega-3.
Foods That Cause Aging #5: NON-Naturally Raised Meat
Most beef, pork, and poultry you’ll find at grocery stores and restaurants come from feedlots versus being raised naturally (and humanely.) What this means is that the animals are force-fed diets such as corn and soy that are not their natural foods, in order to rapidly and excessively fatten them up. Hi Jesse – thanks for the great tips on anti aging. I totally agree about the ‘bad foods’ to avoid. I just wonder when the food industries are going to be taken to task about the amount of white sugar, or sweeteners they put into the easy to get hold of foods?
Once we know what’s bad that should make it easier to choose the good food options, whats a shame is that they are often far more expensive! My view is its all about balance, so long as I’m doing more good than bad to my body i’ll live longer and enjoy my life.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but it seems to me that most of us take life for granted in the sense that we go about our daily routine and work-related challenges without giving a second thought to many of the nutritional suggestions put forth in a site like yours ….until, that is, something starts hurting, or we gradually can’t seem to perform in the same manner as we did earlier. I can’t help but wonder if implementing many of the nutritional suggestions put forth at a much earlier age, even into our youth, wouldn’t stave off most of the aging processing we experience in life after 40 or 50 and beyond ? Why wait until we sense the change? Are there any studies out which validate that an earlier onset of better nutrition (as a preventative measure, if you will), can reap even far better results in a healthier and more enjoyable life style throughout our entire lifespan? Or does our youthful metabolism make the necessary adjustments to wrongful nutritional intake so that dietary improvement at that stage in life would have little effect? I would seriously invite your return comments about this.
I’d love to try your sleep inducing medication but it contains a hefty dose of Melatonin. This hormone enhances the immune system by stimulating it — and this is the very last thing anyone with an autoimmune illness needs. It would therefore make diseases like RA, Crones, Lupus, Scleroderma etc much worse, Surely you need to mention this important warning in your advertising.
Similarly dangerous to some people, the body inverter you recommend for back pain raises Blood Pressure to levels which in some people could be critical — again no warning of this in your promotional info.

One food you should not eat is milk containing A1 Beta Casein and a few others are wheat, rye and barley.. The milk by the way has been related to type 1 diabetes when given to babies less than 4 months old. The Gluten in the grains disables villi in the upper intestine so that nutrients are not absorbed. This leads to increased hunger with obvious results.
