* Glucosamine is derived from shrimp and or crab shells. Do not take it if you are allergic to shellfish.
* Individuals on a calcium restricted diet should consult with their physician, since there is a small amount of calcium present.
* Stop taking this product 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery.
* This product is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
* Do not take this product if you know or suspect that you are allergic to any ingredients.
* As with all dietary supplements, those who are pregnant, or nursing should consult their physician.
* Discontinue use if you suspect the product is causing you any discomfort.
* If you take COUMADIN® (warfarin sodium) ask your physician if there is any reason you should not take Super Joint Support™, which has 45 mcg of Vitamin K2.
