What is the suggested daily serving size?

The suggested serving is one scoop (5g) daily. Please note that you can take more than 5 grams per day, but collagen should not be considered a substitute for dietary protein intake. Collagen peptides are not considered complete dietary proteins and should not make up more than 20% of your daily protein intake. For example, if your daily protein target is 100 grams, your maximum intake of collagen peptides should be no more than 20 grams.
