How do I know if, I’m taking to much of any one indivadual raw ingredient in my supplements (Vitamin, Mineral, Protein, Super food, ect ect)

When taking ANY supplement, one must (do the math) or account for the total amount of any one indivadual raw ingredient that may be in any or all of your supplement. Take for example, Magnesium, it could be in more than one of your supplements and you could be taking excess Magnesium, you will need to add up just how much Magnesium is in all of the different supplement you take. Then you must know the RDA for those specific Vitamins and Minerals.  For ex. The side effect of to much Magnesium is diarrhea.  Reminder, everyone should consult with their physician before use of any supplement and be extra diligent if you are exceeding the RDA for any supplement.
