All Natural Chronic Back Pain Treatment Options
Before we discuss chronic back pain treatment options, it’s important to understand how you body came to acquire chronic back pain. Barring trauma, muscle imbalances in the body are the number one cause of back pain. Muscles become imbalanced due to the repetitive daily tasks we perform on a day to day basis. Simply put, some muscles become tight and overworked while others become outstretched and weak. When this occurs, (and it doesn’t happen overnight) extra stress and strain is loaded on the muscles, joints and bones in the back as the spine is pulled out of proper alignment.
Muscle imbalances cause “postural dysfunctions” or abnormal positioning of the spine, neck, head, pelvis etc. This dysfunctions need to be addressed and corrected in order to release the pull and pressure off of the spine and so the spine can function at a balanced and optimal level.
Since chronic pain can be a result of a multitude of issues, as those mentioned above, you will need to be patient and try different options to see which ones will work for you. The key is to never give up and the right treatment plan can be discovered.
Our clients have found the most relief from Muscle Balance Therapy, alongside with Inversion Therapy, Trigger point therapy, taking all natural anti-inflammatory supplements and using all natural topical pain relieving creams. Again, a combined treatment approach works best for most people.
