Remember when you were a kid and loved to play in the water? Well, that’s actually a great idea still… especially if you’re suffering from back pain.
Water supports your body as you move around which makes the pool an excellent place to relieve some of the pressure and stress causing your back pain.
But don’t think you have to go out there and start swimming laps. You don’t. In fact, perhaps you shouldn’t.
In this short audio I’ll share with you how easy and fun getting back pain relief can be in the water.
And if it’s too cold where you are to get into the water outside then look for a nearby gym or YMCA with an indoor pool… take a mini-vacation and stay at a nice hotel with one… or travel to somewhere warm and soak up some rays while you enjoy getting rid of that back pain. You’re worth it, aren’t you?
I am an Aqua aerobic teacher in the UK and have been teaching this form of exercise for 12 years. I regularly have 50 ladies in my classes all who have found the benefits of moving in water. Many of my ladies suffer from back problems, arthritis and some have had knee and hip replacements. All have shown great increase in core, leg and upper body strength from exercising against the resistance of the water when done on a regular basis. Oh and also its great fun and will definitely put a smile on your face!!
thanks a lot
GREAT INFORMATION JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THANKS
