In the ThinMist formula, we use the liquid form of Chromium. Our Chromium is a niacin-bound amino acid chelate form of Chromium. Chromium bound with Niacin is “Chromium-GTF”. ThinMist contains Chromium-GTF as Chromium Nicotinate. (Two different ways to present the name)
