The Three different types of stones are Jade that are Green color, Tourmaline that are Black in color and Germanium that are brown in color, the three stones were selected for there slight difference in their vibratory properties or the why in which they emit the Far Infrared energy. We put the Tourmaline and Germanium in the center two columns, because we wanted to have those stone, have direct contact with the para spinal muscles or the muscle that run along each side of the spine. In addition the Tourmaline and Germanium stones are 40mm around and they are also thicker so that additional pressure to the muscle much like Trigger Point work, for added relaxation.
