Cervical Neck Pain

Many people carry a lot of tension and stress in their shoulders and neck area. That can lead to cervical neck pain.

Another cause of cervical neck pain is a herniated disc. The vertebrae in the spinal column are cushioned by discs that act as shock absorbers. Over time though, they can get worn out and rupture or become displaced. This can cause pain and discomfort in the neck, as well as numbness and tingling in the arms and shoulders.

What Can You Do About Cervical Neck Pain?

1.Do neck stretching exercises. Things like rolling your head from side to side, trying to touch your chest with your chin, rolling your head all the way around, rolling your shoulders individually and together can all help release any tension you may be carrying.
