10 Healthiest Foods that Cost UNDER $1

Eating healthy can be expensive … but it can be really inexpensive too. In fact, many healthy foods cost less than junk foods, according to an analysis of more than 4,000 foods by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service.[i]

They found, for instance, that potato chips cost, on average, twice as much as carrots by portion size. And onions, pinto beans, lettuce, and bananas all cost less per portion than do ice cream, soda, French fries and chocolate candy.[ii] You might be surprised to learn that many of the healthiest foods can be purchased for less than $1 per serving!

That’s right. Instead of wasting that dollar on a supersized soda or an order of fries, you could be getting your body something it’s really craving: proper nutrition.

Love your website. I am a user of Rub-on-Relief and couldn’t exist without Heal N Soothe every morning.
My only complaint – you have so many other great products which, since I am not currently working, I cannot afford. Really makes me upset at what I am missing out on.

I agree that on a fixed low retirement budget I only have just so much I can spend. I would love to try all products but I have to pick and chose so Heal-n-Sooth and Rub-On-Relief are all I can do for now and these are working great.
