I found the videos to be very helpfull. Due to severe pain I haven't been able to do very much of the stretching but I am slowly working on the 4 sciatica moves. I'm looking forward to doing almost all of the stretches in the future. I'm confident that the moves will be an excellent addition to my everyday work-outs. I'm sure they will BE my everyday work-out for the next several weeks while I'm recouperating from my herniatd discs.(2) Thank-you for the positive spin on what could have been a very painfull and and scary future.
