I tried Heal-n-Soothe about a year ago to see if my arthritis could be reduced. My hands were getting progressively more painful in the knuckles and finger joints, they were starting to feel swollen and tight and I was unable to grip hard. After a few days of taking the Heal-n-Soothe I noticed a difference and after a month I didn’t think about the pain anymore, so I stopped taking the pills and sure enough the pain started to creep back, so these really do work! Plus the benefit I didn’t expect was sleeping at night, my shoulders would ache whichever side I was lying on, this pain went away the second night.
