I have a herniated disc at the L5. The stretches and exercises have helped greatly. I noticed improvement after just 3 days. I need help though. I know I have a right high hip and forward head and shoulders. I could not put fingers or hand under back when lying down so I thought for sure, I had a backward tipped pelvis. But I listed to my body and quit doing those exercises for the BTP because I thought it was causing some pain. I am confused whether my pelvis is tipped at all. When I look at my photos, it appears fairly normal to me. Can you give me any help on this? For almost 2 weeks now I have been water walking at the pool and I think that is helping a lot also. I also would like to try the inversion table. Do you think I am ready for that yet? In closing, I am so glad I ordered you back pain videos. I am not perfect yet by any means much of the pain has disappeared for now.
