It is suggested that you stop the Heal-n-Soothe® a minimum of 2 weeks before the scheduled operation. It is also suggested that you consult your surgeon about all of your supplement you are taking, as most surgeons will give a list of supplement that should be stopped before surgery. That said, from an enzymes point of view, the enzymes can be re-started back up after the risk of bleeding has passed, (some would say after the stitches have been taken out) but we have to suggest that you consult your surgeon on the matter as only they can answer that question.
