    I recently purchased 6 bottles of Heal n Soothe Sept 9th. It is now Oct 18th. I was to get 90 days to try it. I am getting ready to start the 3rd bottle. I absolutely do not remember anything about a subscription & I recently had an attempted charge of over $56. I have made multiple tries to do as instructed on the site to cancel and there is no “My Account” to click on.
    PLEASE discontinue any subscriptions I supposedly have.

      On the free trial order page there is an explanation of the terms and conditions of the trial. The monthly subscription is included in those terms. We require that the terms and conditions be acknowledged in order for the order button to be activated. The 90 day money back guarantee is not the same as the monthly subscription. You have 90 days to send back any unopened bottles for a refund.

    Please cancel my account, i did not realize wgen trying your bottlrs, that i wascskso goung to be charged 61. And change. I do not want to continue, nor did i confirm this subscription fee. Agian, trying out a product and they hit you with a fee. Agian, never agian will i try out a product and some where between the lines , i get charged, befire i wven get a chance to see if it works. Do not charge my account. I want a refund. Discontunue any and all subsrictions that i was falsly taken advantage of.

      On the free trial order page there is a clearly visible explanation of the terms and conditions of the trial. The monthly subscription is included in those terms. We require that the terms and conditions be acknowledged and agreed to in order for the order button to be activated. Not only that but we also send an email 10 days prior to notify you of the anticipated subscription renewal. We have not taken advantage of you.

Since I was aware that you had my old card, I figured you wouldn’t send me anymore since you no longer had a valid credit card to charge. OOPS! Didn’t work that way. You sent me another one and I figured you’d get the hint, but no. OOPS! you sent me another one today. Please send me no more!
